About This Property
Maintenance-free living in a central location. All units boast a private deck with built-in storage PLUS single floor living with 1,200 sq. ft. of space. Amenities include full size washer and dryer and stainless steel kitchen appliances. $40 credit and background check fee per adult 18 years of age or older. The application process includes a $250 deposit. This deposit will either reserve an apartment or place you on the wait list. The holding fee will be credited to your move in costs. The holding fee is NON-REFUNDABLE after 72 hours. During this time frame an application, completing a background/credit check and providing proof of employment is expected. If you fail to meet these requirements in 72 hours, your deposit will be forfeited. If you are denied the holding fee will be refunded back to you. First month rent, portion of last months rent, security deposit and cleaning fee due at signing. Additional pet fee if applicable. Tenant pays electric, gas, water/sewer, internet/cable.
