The building has a coin-op washer and dryer in the basement, and private storage areas located in the basement, as well. Gas heat is covered under the utility fee, so there's no need to worry about a surprise large heating bill in winter, and the basement location keeps it nice and cool in the summer. The bathroom for this studio is located right next door to the apartment in the basement, so it is not considered to have a bathroom in the unit.
