Welcome to THE LOUISVILLE LODGE – Suite IV! The location is EVERYTHING! This home is located in Louisville, KY – about 1.5 miles from downtown Louisville, KY, and less than 10 minutes | 5.0 miles from Louisville International Airport, The Uni. of Louisville, Churchill Downs, restaurants, shopping, parks, and more. Whether our guests are in town for a few nights, the week, a month, or more – we can, and will, accommodate all lengths of stay. The Louisville Lodge – Suite IV offers the guests an entrance code to the house (front & back entrance), and to their own room; which includes a Queen Bed with a new foam mattress, a Smart T.V. to stream their favorite shows and movies, space for storage, a private bathroom, and a private patio. The L. L. offers a shared kitchen and dining area; which has all the facilities and appliances needed to store drinks and foods, cook, and dine, as well as a Keurig machine with free coffee to kickstart the mornings or extend the nights. The L. L. offers a shared washing and drying machine, and iron with an ironing board for our guests convenience. The L. L. offers all the essentials : Free Wi-Fi (500+ mbps), Air Conditioning, Heating, Ventilation, etc. The L. L. covers the safety protocols and is equipped with camera surveillance of the home. A professional cleaning service comes three times a week to clean the common areas – including all the bathrooms. There is free parking on our street. We ask that residents treat other residents with respect and follow our few rules : *No Smoking *No Pets Allowed *Check-In : After 4:00 p.m. *Check-Out : At 10:00 a.m. *We will attempt to accommodate earlier check-in's and later check-out's as booking permits.
