Roughly 25 miles northeast of downtown Indianapolis, Noblesville apartments are a great option for both commuters looking for a quiet place to call home and folks who just want occasional access to the amenities of a larger city. The community is exceptionally family-friendly, with a low crime rate and impressive public schools.
The Klipsch Music Center on the east side of town is one of the largest outdoor venues in the state, and regularly draws crowds of over 20,000 people for concerts and other events throughout the year. The downtown area around Conner Street is home to many of the city’s fine shops and restaurants, and hosts the monthly First Friday celebrations from May to December.

Property Ratings at 32 Union Apartments
Staff does not care about the residents. I had mold in my apartment for a week and maintenance finally showed up and wiped it off twice. Third time they cut open the ceiling and found a leak. They had a hole in the ceiling for about two weeks and it’s still there. They “fixed” it but then we came home to a puddle. They put a trash can to catch the water although the water was splashing everywhere outside of the can. We had to put down our own towels to clean it up and now we probably have floor damages as well. Had to wait 4 days for them to come in to fix it but then it got pushed back the day of. Finally 6 days later they fixed the leak. Left the trash can there for another day and then they dumped it in my bathtub. Note that we were on vacation and weren’t there when they did this so we came home to a dirty tub that was now had dirt and ceiling debris dried onto it. Currently left with black mold still on my ceiling and it’s been here for 3 weeks. Maintenance has done NOTHING even though black mold literally causes health issues and person living here already has servers asthma. don’t move here!!!!! All the other reviews were with one star said all true things. Neighborhood isn’t safe: neighbors smoking pot on balcony’s or behind trash can, neighbors staring at every move you make, maintenance doesn’t knock or call ahead of time, dog poop everywhere along with overflowing trash bins. Do not recommend!!!

Amy, we want to sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced. While our maintenance team did attempt to address the issue, we clearly failed in our follow-through and communication, and for that, we are truly sorry. Living with an active leak, mold, and an incomplete repair is unacceptable, and we deeply regret that this situation was not handled with the urgency and seriousness it required. Please know that we take this matter seriously, and we personally want to ensure that the necessary work is completed promptly and correctly. We will be reaching out to speak with you and coordinate times to get all this resolved. We are genuinely sorry we let you down
Not sure how the algorithm got a 4.8 when 2 of the 3 reviews are a 1 star. I am so disappointed in 32 union. Moved back from CO and was looking for something more modern. Came across this place which had not only a great price (they gave me a discount to move in immediately) but a great location. It’s not until you move in do you see all the problems. I had a leak that fell to the apartment bellow me and they tried to blame me for it. I accidentally lost my keys and was locked out for 3 days without a response from the property (locksmith would have to drill lock and is unable to open lower main doors). When I got my keys it took the rest of the week for them to get me the “fob” for the lower door. Needless to say I was able to break-in to the lower door so they’re not even secure enough to be worth locking. There is no elevator and you are required to walk down to the downstairs doors anytime you have a visitor because there is no way to unlock the main entrance doors from your apartment. There are additional “required” charges I.e. valet trash. Over Labor Day they closed the pool to take pictures. These pictures. The staff attitude is definitely more of a “turn over rate” than a “take care of current tenants”. I am a landlord myself and would never treat my tenants the way they do here, that may be why I have tenants that have stayed for almost 6 years now. I am extremely disappointed as I loved the location and the modern vibe. Save yourself the time and look elsewhere.
The apartments are loud, I can hear everything my neighbors are doing. The employees never follow through on anything. They keep over charging on rent and you have to email every month to find out why bill is changing. I am not talking a couple of dollars like $45-60. I cannot wait till my lease is up. Plus they don’t clean or wear masks during this COVID-19 pandemic. ?? if you’re homeless in Noblesville I’m pretty sure that the vacant apartments are unlocked.

Our residents and their satisfaction are our number one priority and we are truly sorry to hear you feel anything less than satisfied. We would like to connect with you personally regarding your expressed concerns and ask for you to give us a call when you have a moment. We look forward to hearing from you soon and hope you enjoy your day, thank you.
I've been living here since late summer and absolutely ADORE my apartment. The neighbors are kind and respectful, management is great, i've only had to utilize maintenance a few times, all of which were a great experience. Kitchen and bathrooms are modern and luxurious. The layouts are simple but innovative which allow you to make it your own. I've never felt more safe in an apartment. If you're looking for luxury living, cost effective, great location, and all around amazing complex, 32 Union has it!!!!
DON’T BELIEVE THE HYPE – these apartments may seem nice and new, but the conditions are unlivable! Extremely shoddy construction, extremely ignorant neighbors, or both. The walls should not be shaking, which they do nightly. It gets so bad that the lights rattle in their sockets. Management is friendly, at first, but then you find out that all they do is make a note about a “noise complaint”. No one bothers to investigate the issue. They do not care about their residents. They take forever to get back with you when you inform them of the poor conditions of the unit, completely ignorant of the fact that every day they take is another day you are stuck with the nonsense. They tell you on your tour that it is a quiet community, and then you pay a moving company to transfer your belongings only to find out that noise is the least of your concerns. The 32 Union Property Manager would rather tell you to find somewhere else to live in 7 days than actually manage the property and investigate the issue. TWG (the development company) takes forever to respond as well, and will refuse to reimburse the amount paid for the movers so that you actually can move. They take absolutely no responsibility for the fact that they falsely promised you a LIVABLE unit. Your poor construction practices are not the fault of the resident! Don’t make false promises about your property! Do not buy into it! Avoid TWG properties! Avoid 32 Union building 5 like the plague – WALLS SHOULD NOT BE SHAKING!!!! LIGHTS SHOULD NOT BE RATTLING!!!! THE STUFF ON YOUR COUNTER SHOULD NOT BE TREMBLING!!!!
