Enjoy the working fireplace, board games, Sub Zero fridge and freezer, laundry room with detergent and dryer sheets provided, a fenced-in garden, covered patio, cornhole, tree fort, creek, tire swing, and a gazebo in the backyard. Enjoy the grill and wooden swing. Walkable to Dickson Street, Fayetteville Town Square, Walton Arts Center, TheatreSquared, Fayetteville Library, and Razorback Greenway trails, this home sits on nearly an acre of private land with a beautiful creek running through it. Enjoy the multitude of decked-out living spaces, including outdoor seating and three fire pits. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. County-wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. Parking is available in the front and additional parking is available through the gate. Please do not park on Dickson Street due to it being a narrow road and on a large hill.
