The house was built in Nantucket in 1780, then brought to Hudson on a barge and reassembled on Union Street in 1830. The apartment lives as a private home although the building is divided into two apartments. This unit faces Union Street with its own private entrance. You enter this lovely apartment into a foyer which leads to a large open concept living and dining room with lots of windows. The bright sunny kitchen is off the dining room and at the end of the foyer with gas stove, dishwasher and refrigerator & microwave. On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a washer/dryer. The 2nd floor hallway has room for a home office. Plenty of wall space for art and a private yard in the front. City - Hudson

Named after the explorer Henry Hudson, the City of Hudson rests along the Hudson River in the Hudson Valley. A wide variety of historic architecture is well-preserved in Hudson, from Victorian to Queen Anne and everything in between. History and art are intertwined in Hudson, which is most evident at Olana State Historic Site, the former home of 19th century painter Frederic Edwin Church, and the abundance of antique stores and galleries clustered along Warren Street.

Between window shopping and gallery hopping, Hudson residents delight in the many delectable food options available in their city. Whether you prefer artisan shops, food trucks, or award-winning restaurants, Hudson has something to suit your taste. Hudson is also home to cherished amenities like FASNY Museum of Firefighting and Henry Hudson Riverfront Park. New York City, Boston, and Providence are all within a three-hour drive of Hudson as well.
