About This Property
This is the first floor of a duplex which was recently redone. It features ceramic in the kitchen & bath, hardwood floors in the dining room, living room, and bedrooms. There are tall ceilings, large double pane windows, ceiling fans, and gas forced air heat. The kitchen has a dishwasher, built in microwave, gas stove, and a full size refrigerator. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays gas and electric. This duplex on a quiet street in Braddock is across the bridge from the Waterfront and a few minutes to the bus way and parkway. The two apartments share a basement with laundry hookups and a small, partially fenced yard in the back. There is easy street parking. All of our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two pet maximum. We require proof of vaccinations and licenses, but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets. We do a thorough credit and background check on all of our tenants. We are not accepting subsidized housing.
