We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE >Must be 25 years old to book >No parties >No events >No smoking inside >Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices/music) - Per city ordinance >No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation >Pool Rules: No one under 10 years old at pool unless adult is present and must wear life preservers >Monthly rental November to March. This home is not available for a long term lease POOL HEATING >$125/day to heat the pool (full stay required) >It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice PETS >Not a pet friendly home >$250 fine if pets are brought into the home FIREPIT/GRILL >We try to keep our properties tanks full, but we aren't always sure. If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded. DAMAGE PROTECTION The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim. Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage. MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
