The living room features a fireplace, a comfortable sofa, and a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-burner stove, oven, dining table, refrigerator, and microwave. The bathroom includes a shower (no bathtub) and a modern glass door. At the entrance, you’ll enjoy a shared porch where you can relax outdoors. Your furry companions are welcome with an additional fee. A maximum of 2 small dogs are allowed per stay for a fee of $60 per dog. All dogs must be declared in advance. Centrally located, you’ll be just minutes from major attractions, dining, and entertainment. Parking is available on the street, right in front of the property. Since the property consists of several independent units, you may occasionally hear noise from neighbors. To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels low between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Please respect quiet hours after dark to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Late check-out may result in additional fees. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety. It does not record inside the home and complies with privacy policies. Please don’t unplug or tamper with it during your stay. House-trained and non-aggressive dogs only are allowed. A crate is required if dogs are left alone indoors. A leash is required when dogs are outside. No pets are allowed on furniture and you must bring your pet’s bedding. Clean up after your pets both indoors and outdoors. Giant, fake swans – and some real ones – circle the fountain of Lake Eola. The fake ones are paddle boats, rented by residents and visitors for relaxation and amazing views of the Downtown Orlando skyline. The Lake Eola neighborhood consists of the historic Eola Heights and South Eola. The large lake is the star of both communities.

Eola Heights features brick-paved streets shaded by oak trees and is a short walk to Lake Eola Park. It is also within walking distance of South Eola, which is a shopping, dining, and entertainment hub. These two very distinctive neighborhoods combine to provide the best of Orlando – natural beauty, history, fun events, and the Orlando Farmers Market.

Eola Heights extends from East Colonial Drive to the north end of Lake Eola Park. South Eola is located on the southeast side of the lake and is the location of the farmers market, the Stardust Lounge, and the World of Beer.
