There is one bedroom on the main level, a primary suite in the lower level, and a bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and two built in twin beds. The private backyard is fenced and includes a bbq. The garage use can be discussed. Monthly rent is $4500. Tenant is responsible for water (flat fee $35) and gas/electricity with NWE. The heat is in-floor radiant hot water heat (on-demand combi boiler) and there is a gas fireplace in the living room. Sewer and garbage is paid for by the owner. An application process is required with references, credit and background check, income verification. Pets are not allowed at this property. One month's rent amount required for security deposit.
