The bathroom features a clawfoot bathtub with a shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, a mirror, body and face towels, and essential toiletries. There is an in-unit washer and dryer free for you to use, laundry detergent, an iron and ironing board, a hand held vacuum, and a broom and dust pan. There are 2 free on-site parking spots and free street parking available. A pack n' play is available. The living and dining room and kitchen are located on the main floor. The 3 bedrooms and games room are located on the second floor. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. If smoking or illegal substances are used inside the house, a $500 fee will be charged, along with extra cleaning fees. Any damages caused to furniture or linens may be subject to charges for replacements. Not following the pet policy rules will result in a $500 fine. There is 1 camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior and records image and sound 24/7. The cleaning team will arrive at 11am sharp for check-out. Late check outs will be charged $100/hour. Early check ins and late check outs are allowed for a maximum of 2 hours at $25/hour.
