The highlight of the home is the epic game room, complete with table tennis, air hockey, and board games. The apartment also features a washer and dryer, laundry detergent, an iron and ironing board, a handheld vacuum, and a broom and dust pan. There are 2 free on-site parking spots and free street parking available. A pack n' play is available. The dining area seats 6 people, plus 4 people at the bar table in the kitchen. Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking or illegal substances inside the house will result in a $500 fee with extra cleaning fees. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Any damages caused to furniture or linens may be subject to charges for replacements. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, but they are not allowed on the furniture, should not be left unattended, and pet waste must be picked up; not following these pet rules will result in a $500 fine. There is a camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior that records image and sound 24/7. Late check-outs will be charged $100/hour.
