Refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. A $200 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking or vaping of any kind is found in your home. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived, including washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. A maximum of 3 cars are allowed, with 1 in the front and 2 in the back. Do not park in the spaces in front of other houses and only park on one side of the street.
