The property boasts stunning bay views, a private pool, and ample parking for up to five cars. Designed with you in mind, this coastal retreat is packed with amenities and has everything you need for an amazing vacation. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances, a large refrigerator, ample cabinetry, and both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. The living room features a 50" smart TV, a queen sofa bed, expansive windows, and an open floor concept directing to the kitchen and dining area. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, and the property includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. Up to two dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, and we kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog. If you're interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability. Winter Texan Rate: November to March 1 at $2,700 monthly plus fees. Cove Harbor offers boating access, seafood restaurants, and beautiful harbor views. Just a short drive from Rockport, Fulton is a small town with a mix of coastal retreats, art galleries, and local shops. Rockport and surrounding areas like Aransas Pass and Port Aransas offer a perfect combination of quiet living and vibrant outdoor activities like fishing and boating. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions, providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in, and paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver. The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.
