You can walk to the lake, or hop on the bike trail near by to go miles in either direction. There is a single car garage available to park in or for extra storage. It can come fully, partially or unfurnished depending on a qualifed applicants wishes. This is a LONG term rental - not seasonal/ not available for just the winter. A dog may be allowed with references. Tenant to pay gas, electric and water/sewer. Owner will pay garbage and summer yard maintenance. 9 month lease minimum (12 month lease if completely unfurnished).
