This unit is a downstairs unit in a historic building just minutes from Downtown Goshen. You can walk to Main Street and visit many of the great shops and restaurants! This unit features 2 bedrooms and has been completely remodeled. Rent is $900 a month. Tenant is responsible for paying gas. Electric is included in rent. There will be a flat water fee monthly of $50 for 1-2 people a $75 for 3-4. Dogs under 30# are allowed with a $1,000 NON- Refundable pet deposit and $50 a month pet rent.Need not apply is you have prior evictions, accounts is collections, or a felony record. The application costs $10 and the Tenant Screening costs $45. THESE BOTH NEED TO BE FILLED OUT IN ORDER TO BEGIN PROCESSING THE APPLICATIONPlease take the time to fill out the application in its’ entirety. Applicants that do no give phone numbers of previous landlords and current supervisors are not processed. Please be aware that you will also need to complete a tenant screening.
