The studio features a queen-size bed, a futon that converts into a comfortable full-size bed, and a sofa bed. The kitchen is stocked with a 4-burner stove and oven, microwave and refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes and utensils, and a coffee maker and toaster. The private bathroom includes fresh towels, toiletries, and a shower. Relax in the cozy living area with a TV and a dining table. For remote workers, the studio includes a comfortable workspace. Parking is conveniently located on the left side of the property, with two spaces arranged one behind the other. The payment covers utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, regular maintenance, and pest control. A maximum of two pets are allowed for a fee of $60 (less than 100 lbs) or $250 (1+ month stay) for extra cleaning and bedding changes. Please bring pet bedding.
