The screening system does do a complete evictions check, credit check, criminal background check, and reference check. There is a $50 non- refundable application fee for each adult 18+ who will occupy the property. We like to see a credit score of at least 640+, and bank statements, proof of income/pay stubs, and reference check will be performed. That said, we DO work with many situations.
