Founded in 1931, Lenox Park stretches northwest from I-85 to just before Peachtree Rd., bounded by East Roxboro Rd. NE and Briarwood Rd. NE. Among its tree-lined streets and dense landscaping lies an incredible variety of homes. Newly renovated apartments share the streets with Craftsmen and ranch-style homes. The neighborhood’s namesake park and its charming pond is a popular spot for a jog or a picture session. If you’re lucky you might find one of Lenox Park’s old urn-and-column style markers — only a few have remained since the area’s inception.
Lenox Park is mainly a residential area, but it’s close to the two most popular shopping centers in Atlanta, and if you work in Buckhead it’s a prime spot for renting.

Muy mala experiencia en estos apartamentos de Brookhaven Viví un año en estos apartamentos y no los recomiendo para nada. Desde el inicio las condiciones del apartamento eran muy malas: la limpieza deficiente, el mantenimiento prácticamente inexistente y la ubicación tampoco es buena, ya que los alrededores no son seguros ni agradables. Además, la atención en la oficina es pésima. El chico que atiende no muestra interés en ayudar ni en resolver problemas. Para completar la mala experiencia, me exigieron un depósito de $950 y hasta el día de hoy no me han devuelto nada, ni se han comunicado conmigo por teléfono o mensaje para darme una solución. En resumen: mala atención, mal servicio, mal mantenimiento, mala limpieza y pésima administración. No recomiendo vivir aquí.
Very bad maintenance very rude to administrative always occupied the Manager according to her bad, much to be desired.
They do not fix anything that is damaged, my bathroom has mold and the paint is already peeling like the tub of the master room, they need to come to spray the apartment there are many cockroaches and spiders I am very afraid of living like this for my 3 Children who suffer are eczema and my 8-month-old baby has Heart murmur.
A/C remained broken for 1 year. Management does nothing with noise complaints. Door frame was broken during door replacement and left unfixed for a month. Also we were never given a key for that door so we had a door we couldn't use. Carpet was in poor condition and management wouldn't have it, we had to contact the complex owners just to get it fixed. Maintenance requests generally never get done until you go a second time. Leak in kitchen never fixed. Pet fee is $300 Overall, really negative experinece. If you like poor service, constant issues, and high prices, this is the place to live.
They shut off your water without notice and don't turn it back on for hours. Took 3 weeks to fix AC unit in the middle of summer. As I am typing this it has been 10 hours without water.
The rent is pretty high for a 3 bedroom apt. Nothing amazing that stands out but its a place to live. The neighborhood is pretty relaxed. Like I said before nothing amazing, but its a nice place to raise a family.
