Complex offers some covered spots. Rent is $4000.00 and includes water, sewer, trash, plowing, shoveling, cable and internet. Not included with rent is electricity, gas, and phone. There is parking for 1-2 cars. Two dogs are negotiable with an additional deposit and pet rent in the amount of $50.00 per pet. Dogs must be under 50 lbs. Renter's insurance is required. Renter's insurance will be required. All applicants over 18 will be required to submit an application, credit, and background check with a non-refundable $45.00 fee.
