There is desk space for those that need to complete work or school projects. Luxurious SIX piece master bath with custom soaking tub, separate shower, double-sink vanity, and toilet with bidet. What a place to unwind & rejuvenate after a long day of work or fun. Lower level has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and additional living space. A large queen bedroom with seating area overlooks the outdoor gardens. Additional bedroom offers 2 twin beds with views of the surrounding trees. The full bath has tub & shower with double vanity. Lower level family room features sofa that pulls out to a large queen bed. Quality linens, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need for preparing your meals. Owner cares for the landscaping. Tenant to reimburse utilities (water, sewer, trash, electric, WIFI). Comes with all appliances, including washer and dryer. Full kitchen set up. Linens. Outdoor furniture and grill. Sorry, no pets. Application fee is $51 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit, submitted the application and paid the fee. Please check our website for more information on approval criterion. We are looking for people with permanent employment (or retired), verifiable, combined, gross income of 3x rent or sufficient savings to live on, excellent credit, and landlord or mortgage history. Deposit represents refundable security. Minimum move out cleaning fee of $350, but that covers a lot, including laundry.
