All adults must be on the lease. Passed Collinsville occupancy. All utilities (water, sewer, trash, electric and gas) are paid by tenant. Lawn care is included in rent. This is a non-smoking home. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted. ONE pet--a small dog under 25 lbs or ONE cat-- MAY be CONSIDERED for additional non refundable pet fee of $250 plus an additional $25/per month. Pet must be current on all shots.
