Decent mobile home on its own lot near downtown Collinsville with its many restaurants, the library and multiple churches. Near bus line. Fresh paint throughout, some new flooring. Professionally cleaned Large attached deck provides a nice outdoor area. $48 per non-married adult covers credit and criminal background check and is required on all persons over the age of 18. All adults must be on the lease. Passed Collinsville occupancy. All utilities (water, sewer, trash, electric and gas) are paid by tenant. Lawn care is included in rent. This is a non-smoking home. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted. ONE pet--a small dog under 25 lbs or ONE cat-- MAY be CONSIDERED for additional non refundable pet fee of $250 plus an additional $25/per month. Pet must be current on all shots.
