This 2 BEDROOM 1 FULL BATHROOM is located ain Cleves. This home does requires stair. HUGE YARD! There is washer/dryer hook up. The heat source for this unit is gas furnace and paid by the tenant. Pet friendly with fees. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and lawn care. There is no a/c provided. WE ACCEPT SECTION 8 AND/OR SUBSIDY AT SELECT PROPERTIES. THE AD WILL STATE IF THE PROPERTY ACCEPTS VOUCHERS. WE CONSIDER EVICTIONS AND FELONIES. PREAPPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO PRIVATE SHOWING. After you fill out your application, please make sure to hit submit, so you do not lose your work. Management will be alerted and will reach out to you : ) The application processing fee is $50.00 and payable only by credit or debit card.
