The house has wood flooring on the main floor with lots of wood trimmings. It is ideally suited for a new ND faculty, staff and students (preferably graduate students) given its proximity to campus and its functionality, style and furnishing. It is best suited for a small family but will be willing to rent it to 3-4 students looking to room together (a small extra charge for multiple tenants).
