Only Available for a 30 day+ rental—currently available from now through the end of March 2024 for $5500 monthly, fully furnished and with all utilities and fiber internet included (except electric vehicle charging). We require guests to acquire renter's insurance and put down a $6,000 deposit. Classic sunny beach bungalow with ocean views in iconic Pleasure Point neighborhood. Surfers paradise within steps of the surf and beaches for family days on the sand. Modern kitchen, generous living room space, custom full bath and hot tub. Beautiful yard space to gather and enjoy the neighborhood, host a bbq, or just chill out! This amazing family home has two bedrooms with comfy queen beds, one full bath with a walk-in rain shower, one half bath, and an extra (heated) outdoor shower. Indoor living space includes chef’s kitchen with Viking range, built-in refrigerator and just about every gadget and cooking tool you could need. It also features a spacious dining area and expansive living room with generous natural light, modern features and an Asia inspired aesthetic. Ample outdoor living space in both the more public front and very private back yard. Back yard has seating, heated outdoor shower and a professionally maintained hot tub. The Pleasure Point/Live Oak neighborhood is easy to navigate in your car, on foot or by bike! The broad pedestrian pathway along the ocean on East Cliff Drive is a delight for a gentle stroll, watching the surfers or making your way to either Capitola Village or 41st Avenue where you will find an abundance of coffee houses, cafes, restaurants and shopping. We allow one small dog (under 50 lbs) as long as guest takes full responsibility for any and all damages. Additionally the owner is required to clean up all waste on property. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. If a pet is allowed, owner agrees to take full responsibility for any and all damages, including costs for cleaning or replacing furniture and bedding. Owner will also require an additional $300 cleaning fee and is required to keep all animal waste cleaned up and disposed of into the trash bin. Additionally, owner must have the bungalow professionally cleaned, at their own expense ($150 per cleaning) every three weeks during their stay. Our home is located on a quiet residential street with mostly full-time residents that are our regular neighbors. With this in mind, there are strictly enforced quiet hours for any outdoor spaces (or when you have open windows). Please be conscientious and keep your volume low from 8pm to 8am weeknights and 10pm to 8am weekends.
