Additional amenities - covered parking space in gated parking lot behind building, in-unit laundry, all stainless kitchen appliances, hard floors throughout, separate heating and cooling for main living area and bedrooms. This unit has lots of closet space including large walk-in closets in both bedrooms. Enjoy living on the top floor of the e5w building with easy access to everything East Village and downtown Des Moines have to offer. Common spaces - fitness room, bicycle storage. This is a smoke-free building and property. Security - building has multiple security cameras, secure access to building outside of normal business hours with call box system that dials residents' mobile phone, secure access to elevator and individual residential floors. This is a corner unit on top floor. The unit is unfurnished. Pets negotiable with monthly pet rent and additional one-time pet fee. Lease terms First month's rent and security deposit required at move-in. Renters must read the e5w Rules and Regulations and sign a form acknowledging that they have read and understand and agree to follow the rules and regulations. This is a requirement of all e5w property renters by the Owner's Association. e5w is a quiet building and residents are expected to always be respectful of neighbors by observing quiet times as specified in the e5w Rules and Regulations. Any violations of the Rules and Regulations may result in a fine issued to the owner's account; the renter will be assessed the fine by the due date. The owner reserves the right to terminate the lease at any time for violations of the e5w Rules and Regulations. Renter pays for electricity & gas (Midamerican Energy Co.) and water (Des Moines Water Works). Internet service (Mediacom Cable Internet 100) included in monthly rent. The renter can pay for internet service upgrade through Mediacom only. The renter is expected to maintain the unit interior with normal wear and tear.
