Located in a central area of Prescott Valley, this home offers quick access to shopping, dining, parks, and entertainment. You’ll be just minutes from the Prescott Valley Event Center, local restaurants, and major retailers, while nearby parks and trails provide plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. Applications can't be processed until all documents are received. The application fee is $60/adult (non-refundable). Only complete applications with all documentation, rental verification, and fees paid will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once approved, a holding agreement & earnest money of at least one month's rent must be submitted by the end of business day to secure & hold the property. Earnest money will be applied & credited toward the total required move-in funds. A 1x non-refundable $299 admin fee is due at lease signing. All application fees are NON-REFUNDABLE; please confirm property availability before paying & applyingg.
