(For example, there may be an occasional board game night or a house dinner.) Current tenants are hard-working grad students in diverse fields and local professionals, plus Frank the Cat. Non-smoking only; one additional pet considered on a case-by-case basis.

Common area includes kitchen open to the family-style dining/living room. (Due to tenants' varying work schedules, they typically cook and eat separately, but enjoy occasional house meals.)
