Feel at home in this centrally located studio. This studio apartment features a full kitchen and bathroom. It includes a queen-size bed, a twin-size convertible sofa, and a twin rollaway bed in the closet. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove/oven, full-size fridge, microwave, pots and pans, utensils, and dishware for up to four guests. Relax and unwind with the smart TV for streaming, and enjoy the dining table with benches that seat four. Start your day right with the fully stocked coffee bar. The bathroom includes a shower, fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. Pets are welcome with a fee of $120 per pet per stay. Stays over 7 nights require a mid-stay cleaning (same cost as standard cleaning). Step outside and you’re minutes from restaurants, bars, cafés, the Seawall, and waterfront trails—ideal for morning walks, biking, and sunset views. This apartment is close to Corpus Christi’s top attractions, including Bayfront (0.7 mi), Texas State Aquarium (0.4 mi), USS Lexington (1.2 mi), Selena Memorial (0.4 mi), Marina (0.7 mi), Beach (1.8 mi), Museum of Science & History (0.4 mi), Art Museum of South Texas (0.6 mi), Botanical Gardens (2.5 mi), and Padre Island National Seashore (18.3 mi). The downtown location is vibrant, diverse, and full of city energy. You may experience foot traffic, road noise, and typical urban sounds due to the proximity to downtown, hospitals, and city services. Due to the coastal climate, routine pest control is performed, and occasional sightings may occur. If pets are kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets, and blankets, or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. We can accommodate either 1 large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals (under 40 lbs). Pets must be kenneled and house trained. All pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the home. Pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste in our garbage receptacles outside of the home. Guests are responsible for any damages or injury caused by their animals. Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid. The Ring doorbell on the back entry is for security purposes and records video and audio.
