Furnished private studio apartment available in Stone Ridge. There is a queen sized mattress on the bed-frame.The apt has a full kitchen and full bathroom, and a lovely view of the forested woods on the property. Also on the ~2 acre property is a small house where we live with a cat. The apt is a second floor walkup that sits atop a large art-studio, and on weekends there are sometimes small art classes taught in the art-studio or just outside. The art-classes are quiet and rare, but still important to know about. We can tell you more about this. The entrance into the apartment is private. We are hoping for a long term tenant. We can’t allow pets, as our cat is pretty territorial. The apt has a clothing washer but not a dryer, we usually hung our clothes on a rack which worked fine. If you are interested in gardening, there are spaces in the garden you can use. ???? Rent includes all utilities. There is a matching security deposit. About Us: The 2 acre land also has a house where we live. One of us is a teacher, and the other is in technology. We are in our 30s/40s. We have a baby and a friendly cat who roams about.
