Continuing through to the back of the home you will enter the large open-spaced kitchen, with gas stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. A washer and dryer are also provided in the unit, for your convenience. Off of the kitchen is the second bedroom. If we continue moving toward the back of the home, you will find the full bathroom with a shower-over-tub. Next to the bathroom is the mudroom, which also leads out to the back of the home, where there is minimal landscaping and patioed area for seating. The home does have a garage, but it is not usable at this time. You will notice skylights throughout the home, which helps bring in a lot of natural light. Utilities the tenants are responsible for paying: Electricity/gas, water, garbage/recycling and cable/wifi/telephone. The owner will pay for the sewer utility. Landscaping must be maintained by the tenants. This home is located centrally to Pacific Grove's many amenities. A one-year lease is preferred to start.
