Smoking is strictly prohibited within the house, with a $500 fine for violations. Respect for fellow residents and neighbors is paramount, so please keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours. The maximum number of guests allowed in the house is as indicated in your booking details, and hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted. There are cameras outside of the home for your safety, and tampering with these will result in a $500 fine. No parties or events are allowed, with a $1,000 fine for violations. Guests are liable for any damage to the property, and any damages noticed at check-in should be reported. A unique keyless entry code will be provided before your arrival, allowing you to check in at your convenience. A laptop computer is not included.
