Feel at home in this apartment just minutes from Forsyth Park, downtown, and top dining. Inside, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully designed living area with stylish décor, comfortable seating, and warm touches throughout. The apartment includes a cozy bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bright living room perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Savannah. Historic character blends seamlessly with modern comforts, creating a stay that feels both timeless and welcoming. A starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap) is provided. If you run out of them, it's under your responsibility to refill them for yourself. A washer, dryer, and detergent are available at the property for your convenience. Do not move furniture or décor. Towels should not be used for makeup removal or staining purposes. One towel set per guest is provided. Early check-in (12 PM–3 PM) is available for a $35 fee, subject to availability and cleaning schedule, and is confirmable only the day before arrival. Your reservation includes one off-street parking space. Additional vehicles may park for free in the alleyway behind the property. Located on iconic Victory Drive, this home sits along one of Savannah’s most charming historic corridors. You’ll be just a quick drive to top attractions including Forsyth Park, the Historic District, and Savannah’s famous squares. The area is packed with local flavor. Nearby favorites include Foxy Loxy, Bull Street Tacos, The Vault, Sentient Bean, Elizabeth’s on 37th, and the always-popular Green Truck Pub—a Savannah staple known for award-winning burgers and a laid-back vibe. Grocery stores like Kroger are also minutes away for easy essentials. The location is peaceful yet close to everything: 3 minutes to Forsyth Park, 5–7 minutes to Historic Downtown & River Street, quick access to the Starland District for art, shops and trendy eats, and a short drive to Tybee Island for a beach day. Please be respectful of the other residents on the property as well as our neighbors at all times. This is a quiet, family neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Unauthorized early check-ins/late checkouts will incur a $100 fee. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded. The minimum age to book is 25. Local guests must contact the host before booking. Smoking or vaping indoors will incur a $200 fee if evidence is found. Do not park on the street. Multiple private units exist on the property, so please be considerate in shared outdoor areas. Unit 1 is occupied by a long-term resident—please be mindful of noise. Guests must remain reachable through the booking platform during their stay. Please use only your assigned parking space. No illegal substances or activities are allowed. Keep food stored properly to avoid pests. Leave the kitchen clean and wash dishes before departure. No food or drinks are allowed in bedrooms. [SI]
