Property Ratings at 306 Central Ave
I really loved the updated renovations here and the quiet neighborhood in which it's located. Very cute and comfortable place to live and loved the floors. Perfect amount of space for one person, it might be cramped for two. I moved out, however, because if you live on the bottom floor every movement above you is like thunder, especially when your upstairs neighbors are three people who have several big dogs and roll around in an office chair until 4 am regularly. I don't blame the people, it's probably due to the age of the building and the hardwood floors. So, overall, I'd recommend it if you want to live upstairs!
