The unit has new laminate floors and a new bathroom vanity and sink. The unit comes with lockable storage, onsite laundry and an uncovered parking spot is available. Rent: $1249.00 per month Insurance: $18.00 per month Uncovered parking: $25.00 per month Heat and water are included, electricity is separate (monthly bill ranges from $30.00 to $40.00) My lease was for 12 months, but my work has relocated me to Kamloops and the rental company has asked me to find someone new to move into the unit. This wouldn’t be taking over my lease but starting your own with Mainstreet. I’m open to throwing in furniture and giving a financial incentive for those who are successful candidates.
