Inside, you'll find luxury amenities for up to six people. The bright, open concept living room is perfect for unwinding, while the state-of-the-art kitchen is equipped with high-end amenities, cookware, and supplies. Enjoy fresh air and great views from the rear-facing walk-out balcony or the trailside patio that adjoins the Slaughter Pen Trail Head. The townhome features two separate living areas with luxury furnishings, large patio doors, and oversized windows that allow plenty of natural light throughout. Guests may park one car in the garage attached to the unit. The garage dimensions are 21'2" deep, 9 feet wide, and 7 feet tall at the garage door. Overflow parking is available nearby on NE B Street. Please note that parking on the shared driveway is not permitted, and large trucks, SUVs, and vans will not fit in the garage or the designated street parking. Our townhome is ideally located within two blocks of Downtown Bentonville, the Town Square, and Blake Street House. It's less than 1.5 miles to Crystal Bridges, The Momentary, and 8th Street Market. With plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and more, all easily walkable, you'll have access to everything you need for a relaxing stay away from home. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host, and an event fee has been paid. Unauthorized parties will incur a fine of $1000. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
