It's also a quick drive to the University of Montana (5 min, or a 15-min walk), Mount Sentinel & “M” Trailhead (8 min), Missoula Montana Airport (MSO) (15 min), Southgate Mall (10 min), and Rattlesnake National Recreation Area (20 min). This apartment is in a professionally managed student living community near the University of Montana. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, in common areas, and on the property. Parties, events, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. A warning will be issued for noise complaints; a second complaint may result in removal from the property without refund.
