Located in the center of Carolina Beach, this lower-level two-bedroom duplex is just steps away from all of the wonderful local eateries, shops, and the famous boardwalk. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and features a sliding glass door that leads to the back deck. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed. A spacious bathroom separates the bedrooms and doubles as a laundry room. With plenty of storage space this beautifully updated bathroom gives a spa-like feel to the home. There is also a full bathroom located in the hallway that serves the two bedrooms and visitors. Just off the back deck is a communal grill, picnic table, and outdoor shower that are shared between the upper and lower unit. Bedding Configuration: 2 Queen. Parking: Assigned parking on site for 2 vehicles. Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
