This home is situated in the Savannah Historic District South, known for its historic homes, churches, park squares, and iconic sites like the Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist and Forsyth Park. This is a quiet family neighborhood, so please refrain from outdoor noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fee if evidence is found. The fireplace is not operational for guest use. Guests should not exceed the maximum number of allowed occupants, and additional guests staying overnight are not permitted. There are two exterior security cameras for security purposes. The hot tub is used at your own risk, and guests should shower before use and avoid lotions that could damage the equipment.
