To start: This is NOT a condo...it is a mobile home that was rehabbed in 2019. Second...THIS IS A 55 AND OLDER COMMUNITY. Most of the square footage is under A/C; The utility/ family room is not. Kitchen has a 2 seat table while a larger table is in the family room. Both Bdrms have larger beds, front is queen, back is full. The Kitchen has a newer gas stove new sink, faucet and tile. Living room flooring replaced recently, new microwave and television. The bathrooms were redone at that time as well. The parking is a carport long enough for 2 vehicles. The trailer comes furnished including pots and plates glasses utensils and cups. Furniture can be shuffled around or I can remove if unwanted. Sheets and blankets are on the beds, you are welcome to bring your own. The community is a senior park. The first of a possible pair of tenants must be 55. The other can be as young as 45. I have spent much time in this park and find it very friendly and comfortable. Many residents have golf carts and after dinner these folks tend to treat like social hour. Amenities do include A large heated swimming pool, A clubhouse with community events regularly scheduled areas for parking trailers and RVs (at a fee). Speed limit in the park is a mellow 10 MPH. Another necessity is a background check that the park office requires. It costs $50 per applicant non refundable. Along the same lines, if you wish to have 2 small animals the park does allow, but requires you clean up after your pets. I charge a $100 non-refundable deposit per pet. Rent is $1100/month deposit $900. Yearly lease preferred but seasonal is accommodated as well Seasonal rent is $1300. Deposit is still $900. The current tenant is soon to be out; the unit is likely to look a little different.
