The second bedroom is the "bunk room" with a triple bunk bed (twin over twins), kid toys, a smart TV, and a swing. The third bedroom has a king bed and a bunk bed (in the closet). The Jr Suite has 2 queen daybeds, a full Murphy bed, an 86" Smart TV, a closet, and a full bathroom with raised vanities. The primary ensuite has a king bed with an adjustable base, a large bathroom with a private water closet, a separate shower, a 6ft tub, and dual vanities. The open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining space features vaulted ceilings. The fully fenced backyard includes a covered back patio with ample seating and a BBQ grill. Three air mattresses are available for use. A 3-car driveway is available for parking. Street parking is also available, but please leave 3+ feet from driveways. Located in Canyon County, Caldwell, Idaho, right off the main freeway and Hwy 20/26, this home is a great jumping point to either the Boise Metropolitan area or Owyhee, Gem, and Washington counties. From I-84W, take Exit 29, continue on US-20E/US-26E, take a left at Aviation Way, right on Nantucket, left on Cliff Swallow, and the home will be on your right. The minimum age to rent is 21. Vaping and smoking are prohibited in the home. Loud parties are prohibited. Please respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Please be respectful of furniture; no animals on furniture. Do not leave animals alone without being crated if it is a pet-friendly home. No cats are allowed unless pre-approved. If the hot tub is used, please refill it above the highest jet. If the hot tub is found to be excessively dirty or misused, a $150 fee will be charged to cover the cost of draining, cleaning, refilling, and re-treating the water. [SI]
