This bright upper-level unit features a private, functional layout with plenty of natural light. The main level includes bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and a dining/family room, while a lofted TV room provides additional space to relax. Enjoy direct outdoor access from the kitchen/patio area or primary bedroom with nearby trail access. The unit includes one queen bed and two twin beds, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The home is equipped with everyday essentials, including basic kitchen utensils, cookware, coffee maker, microwave, range, and fridge. Please note this is an upstairs unit requiring stair access. Lower-level units and storage areas are not accessible to tenants unless otherwise specified. Tenant qualifications: Applicants' combined monthly income must be at least 2x monthly rent (unemployment income not considered). We check credit, criminal background, rental/eviction history, and references (we do try to work with all applicants). There is a $37 Background Check Fee per tenant (and cosigner, if applicable). All tenants (and cosigners) must apply separately so that we can screen everyone individually. There is monthly Tenant Benefits charge of $30 for all Topher Realty rental units.
