NOT A CRASH-PAD, BUT INSTEAD AN AWESOME CRASH-HOME!
GREAT FOR O'HARE EMPLOYEES...
I have a cozy fully finished basement with a complete kitchen and all appliances, (Range/Stove, Refrigerator w/water and ice dispenser and built-in gourmet microwave), a large bathroom with a HUGE shower that can easily fit 10 people and a huge wet-bar to entertain friends or family.
Light smoking or 420 is fine in your rental. This rental is for temporary, short or extended stay, but must provide 30 days notice before moving and a one month security More pics available upon request. ALL UTILITIES, ATT DIRECT STEAM TV AND HIGH SPEED (2TB) INTERNET INCLUDED (WIFI and WIRED). The living space in the basement is ENCLOSED AND PRIVATE, and only key-accessible so you're private from the rest of the home and shared laundry room as you desire. It is very clean, quiet, huge and spacey, has central air with a NEW kitchen, laundry room accessible by your own hallway with front load washer and dryer.
You will have AMPLE parking for you and any guests as long as your guests are not long extended stays. To give you an idea of size, we have had over 100 people comfortably in our whole basement for a Superbowl Party a few years back with safe secure parking for all. Since this is a HOME-SHARE, private and safe basement access will be provided via a REAR home entrance to your living space via a huge beautiful yard that is surrounded by a 6 foot privacy fence topped with 3 feet of bushes or vines (total 9 feet) very private. Cookouts or just plain enjoy nature in a beautiful quiet yard with special areas. We have HIGH SPEED 2TB wired internet and whole house WIFI, cable TV. Watch movies next to your very own wood burning fireplace, crackling away during those snowy winter nights. We have 2 small short-haired dogs who are fully contained upstairs and we prefer to not have any other dogs in the home. Cats are fine.
