Once the application is submitted, you will receive an email from the HOA requesting you to make a payment. DO NOT MAKE A PAYMENT YET! Wait for a confirmation from us (AFT Property) before proceeding to make payment.
* Once payment is made, HOA will start screening and processing your application. The landlord will also be given the opportunity to review and make a decision.
* If your application is approved by both the HOA and the landlord, a copy of the lease contract will be sent to you to sign.

BREAKDOWN OF FEES & CHARGES:
* HOA screening fee: $100 per married couple or per adult. For example, for a family of 4 consisting of a married couple + an 18 year old child + a 17 year old child, the HOA would charge a total of $200 (that's $100 for the married couple + $100 for the adult child).
* $125 Lease Processing Fee to be paid upon signing the lease. It covers charges for approving and processing your lease agreement.
