Welcome to your home away from home - presented by Golden Isles Retreats! This beautiful luxury townhome on the south end of St. Simons Island is perfect for your next stay. Situated in the coveted The Reserve community, this 3 bed 2.5 bath home has all kinds of amenities including a pool, beach chairs, and card games (just in case the rain comes!). There is a 1 car garage and parking space for an additional vehicle. Inside you will find a gourmet kitchen with granite and custom cabinets. You have a Keurig coffee maker for your morning cup of brew! There are hardwood floors throughout the common areas and carpet in the bedrooms for your comfort. The living room and primary bedrooms have smart TVs for logging into your favorite television apps and streaming. The primary bathroom has a soaking tub and shower. Outside of the posh amenities/decor in the home, you are in a fantastic location. You are just 5 minutes to drive off St. Simons island, 6 minute drive to pier village and 7 minute drive to public beach access. Within walking distance you have several boutiques, restaurants and even a grocery store. You can be at RedFern village in a quick 10 minute walk where you can enjoy some of the best live music and fresh seafood the island has to offer! If your stay is between March 1 and October 31, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night for stays 3-21 nights. The home comes with starter supplies to make your stay comfortable including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and laundry pods. If you are staying for an extended period and expect to need more than start supplies, there are several stores close by! Please note: Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a $100 pet fee. Pets may be no more than 30lbs. FLETC TDY welcome. Pack N Play, high chairs and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival. Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself. Anything other than a regular vehicle is prohibited from being parked on the property.
