This unit is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment that is available in 303 Elwood Ct. There are 14 units in this building, all of which are 1 bedrooms, which allows for quiet neighbors. The unit has new vinyl flooring as well as new carpets. It has been newly painted and is spacious and clean. There is a south facing deck, which gets a lot of sun in the summertime. Kitchen has lots of cabinet space, and a dishwasher. We are a small rental company and are very responsive to tenant requests when things comes up. Our building is a few blocks from the Sehome Haggens, Starbucks, and REI as well as other businesses in Sehome Village. It is 1 mile to the south side of campus and two blocks to jump on I-5. The rent is $1425 for single occupancy and $1475 for double occupancy. Water/sewer/garbage are paid for by the owner.
