Application process consists of rental, income, and employment verification and running of background checks and credit. -One Year Lease - $1200 rent and $1200 deposit. *$50 application fee per each person 18 and over who will be in the home. This covers a background check, credit report, employment verification, and residential history. *Household income must be at least $3,600 (3X the rent.) *No kind of bully breed, Rottweilers, or Dobermans.
