Located on farmland in Lyman, ME, this 4 bedroom 2 bath house overlooks beautiful fields abundant with wildlife. Privately located yet centrally situated, we are 5 minutes to Kennebunk, 10 minutes to Biddeford, 7 minutes to Sanford, 30 mins from Portland, 45 mins to Portsmouth NH. Looking to rent our home for a winter rental to either a traveling professional, or family relocating. The school district is SAD/RSU 57. We are flexible as to a start and end date of the rental. Willing to do a month to month lease. The home has a very cozy feel with the kitchen and living room open concept. There are two bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. One bathroom on the main floor and one upstairs. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. Heat and electric not included. The house will be furnished but plenty of storage available at the residence. A pond abuts the property where a paddle boat will be available for use and ice skating in the winter.
