About This Property
2 bedroom 1 bath side by side duplex which includes a washer and dryer. Fenced in yard, full basement, central air and off street parking are a few of the amenities this home has to offer. Tenants pay all utilities and do all yard work and snow removal. Pictures are from prior to current tenants moving in. Up to 2 pets allowed with and additional $50 monthly rent and a full deposit (can be paid over 3 months.) Must have a minimum 600 credit score. No evictions. No felonies. Need to show proof of earning 3x's the rent in net income. We do not accept Section 8 at this time. NO smoking in all of our properties.
