Eden Escape places you in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, surrounded by exciting activities and attractions. Fort Lauderdale Beach is just a short walk away, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and watersports. Las Olas Boulevard offers boutique shopping, fine dining, and art galleries. Hugh Taylor Birch State Park allows you to rent a bike or kayak or enjoy a relaxing nature walk. The Water Taxi provides a scenic cruise through the canals to explore waterfront restaurants and bars. Bonnet House Museum and Gardens offers a historic home with beautiful gardens and unique Florida history. Galleria Mall provides high-end shopping and dining minutes away. Enjoy nightlife and dining with rooftop bars, live music, and oceanfront restaurants along A1A. Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in with a secure coded lock. Your unique access code will be provided on the day of your arrival, allowing for a smooth, hassle-free check-in at any time. No need for key exchanges—simply arrive, enter your code, and start enjoying your stay. Completing the Rental Agreement Form and Check-in Form is mandatory to finalize your reservation. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. Occupancy limits per the number stated in this listing are strictly enforced per city ordinance and full names (legal first and last names) of guests must be provided upon booking. One parking spot per reservation in the driveway is available. Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed. A $500 fine applies for violation and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Service providers may access the exterior of the property to maintain landscaping, provide pest control, and other maintenance services during the guest's reservation. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Any guest or group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining nights. A $500 fine applies for violation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. No indoor smoking is allowed. Smoking includes but is not limited to cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and any cannabis use. Outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows and doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors. A $500 fine applies for violation and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. If you would like to bring a pet, you must inquire before booking regarding breed limitations and agree to our pet policy. There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning. Checkout is at 11 AM. If you want a 12 PM noon checkout, please inquire whether it's available for your stay (for an additional $25) by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure. Requests made after this time will not be honored since it affects the cleaners' schedule. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. Due to increased precautions, if you want to request early check-in or to drop off bags before 4 PM, that must be requested and approved in advance. Due to the cleaners' schedule, requesting early check-in or early bag drop-off does not guarantee it will be possible. Since South Florida has a sub-tropical climate, it almost never gets even close to freezing, which leads to it being a desirable climate for humans, geckos, and insects. While rare, and despite routine pest control, it is possible for an insect or gecko to get inside through an open door or window. Refunds for finding insects or geckos are not given. We stock the initial supply of consumables like toilet paper and towels or linens based on the capacity of or sleeping arrangements in the unit. Additional consumables or towels or linens are available for an additional fee. Do not adjust any mounted TVs. Due to its size and weight, it can't be swiveled or moved. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras. These cameras do not infringe upon any private area as they are all exterior. Exterior cameras capture and record audio and video. No unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts or apparatus. A $1000 fine applies for violation and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence and if so determined pursuant to subsection 15-278 [8] of this Code and the certificate of compliance number shall be included in all advertising. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed as indicated in our listing. Any guest who would like to have packages delivered must first obtain host permission. No packages may be delivered to the property outside of the guest’s booked and paid reservation dates. We are unable to store packages before or after a guest’s reservation. While we accept packages, please be aware that receiving USPS mail is not permitted. For any mail-related needs, we recommend utilizing local post offices or other available mailing services in the area. Once the stay has been completed, it is mandated that guests refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout. Please be aware that we do not possess a storage facility for such items.
